ABOUT MELISSA
Melissa is known for her calm demeanor and all inclusive creative sequences guiding you on a journey of self-discovery through breath and movement; calming the mind while discovering what your body can do both physically and mentally. She views yoga and movement as recess for adults, a way to shift your energy.
Melissa has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years, since earning her degree in Exercise/Fitness Management. She is a Wellcoach Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, Exercise Physiologist, Group Fitness Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher. She currently teaches yoga and fitness classes as well facilitates programs and presentations on various health-related topics at corporations in the Milwaukee area.
